Prices & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are final at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via Stripe, or other accepted payment providers.
• As a non-UK registered business, we do not charge UK VAT. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Acceptance
You’ll receive a confirmation email once you place an order. This does not confirm acceptance — a contract is only formed when the item is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping & Delivery
• Orders placed before 3PM (UK time) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends/UK Bank Holidays ship the next working day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
• Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Returned with hygiene seals and ties intact
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Approved trade customers receive automatic trade discounts when logged in. No discount code is needed.
Trade pricing is visible once logged in using your registered email address.
We reserve the right to review and revoke trade access at our discretion.
