These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Blend Hair Extensions L.L.C (UAE). By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders placed with Blend Hair LLC (UAE) are processed, accepted and fulfilled outside the United Kingdom. The sales contract for all purchases is formed exclusively in the United Arab Emirates at the moment Blend Hair LLC accepts your order. Title and ownership of the goods pass to the customer at the time of such acceptance in the UAE, prior to dispatch. Goods stored within UK or non-UAE fulfilment centres are held solely on our behalf for logistical and delivery purposes and are not offered for sale from within the United Kingdom or any other country where they are stored. Dispatch from any fulfilment centre constitutes delivery only and does not represent the place of supply, nor does it alter the point at which title transfers. All commercial, contractual and after-sales decisions are made in the United Arab Emirates, and accordingly all supplies of goods are deemed to be made in, and originate from, the UAE. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Once goods have been dispatched from our designated fulfilment centre, risk in the goods passes to the customer; however, this does not affect the fact that title transferred previously upon order acceptance in the UAE. Our fulfilment partners have no authority to bind Blend Hair LLC, negotiate terms, handle payments, provide customer service, or act as agents, and operate strictly as logistics providers for the storage, packing and dispatch of goods under our instructions. Returns and refund requests must be submitted directly to Blend Hair LLC in the UAE and will be assessed and authorised exclusively by us in accordance with our Returns Policy. Our fulfilment partners are not permitted to accept or process returns on our behalf unless expressly instructed by us for logistical handling only. All refunds, replacements or contractual remedies arising from returned goods are determined and issued solely by Blend Hair LLC in the UAE, confirming that all after-sales obligations and consumer-related decision-making take place outside the United Kingdom.”

By using our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if these terms are violated.





Product Information



We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. If errors are found, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel or update your order accordingly.





Prices & Payment



  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are final at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via Stripe or other accepted payment providers.
  • As all supplies are made in the United Arab Emirates, UK VAT does not apply to your purchase. Blend Hair LLC is responsible for any import VAT or customs charges incurred when goods enter the United Kingdom, and these costs are not charged to the customer.



 


Order Acceptance



You will receive an automated email acknowledging your order; however, this does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted, and the sales contract is formed, only when Blend Hair LLC confirms acceptance at its head office in the United Arab Emirates. Acceptance does not occur at the point of dispatch.


We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

 


Shipping & Delivery



  • Orders placed before 3PM (UK time) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends/UK Bank Holidays ship the next working day.



We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.





Returns & Refunds



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:


  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returned with hygiene seals and ties intact



Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.


Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Trade Accounts



Approved trade customers receive automatic trade discounts when logged in. No discount code is needed.


Trade pricing is visible once logged in using your registered email address.


We reserve the right to review and revoke trade access at our discretion.





Liability Disclaimer



Blend Hair Extensions L.L.C is not liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays or issues with third-party couriers
  • Misuse of products or incorrect application



Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.





Intellectual Property



All website content — including text, graphics, images, and logos — is the property of Blend Hair Extensions L.L.C. Unauthorised use is prohibited.





Privacy & Data Protection



We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process your order.





Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


If you are a UK-based consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
