📦 UK Orders

All orders with ‘Next Day Delivery’ placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day via DHL.

Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends or UK Bank Holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

🌍 US Orders

We offer tracked shipping to the USA within 2–5 working days for $19.99.

Please note:

US customers may be required to pay import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and are not covered by Blend.

📌 Incorrect Delivery Details

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided and the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are not liable to refund or resend the order.

If you know you have entered incorrect shipping information please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this. 

If your order is returned to us due to address errors, we’ll offer:

• Redelivery at our standard rate, or
• A refund minus original shipping costs (once the item is returned to us)

⏱️ Delivery Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, Blend cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

• Courier disruption
• Strikes or extreme weather
• Customs checks or government action

If your parcel is delayed, our team will work with DHL to trace and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
