Returns

We want you to love every strand of your Blend order but we know things don’t always go to plan. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and faults, including key information on our warranty and product care expectations.


🔁 Returns – Unwanted Items

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on hair extensions that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Do not remove or tamper with the ties. Attempting to replace or re-tie hair extensions will void the return.
  • Hair must be returned exactly as received: fully sealed, unused, with hygiene ties and backing card intact.

 

✉️ To Return an Item:

  • Contact us at hello@blendhaironline.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your name and order number.
  • We’ll send you acknowledgment of your request and the returns information. 
  • Return the item via a tracked courier service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD) — this protects you if the parcel is lost or delayed.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Blend Hair is not responsible for parcels that do not arrive or are lost in transit.

 

🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns On:

  • Used hair
  • Hair with the elastic ties removed
  • Items returned without approval or outside the return window


If We Sent the Wrong Item or It Arrived Faulty

We’re so sorry and we’ll sort this quickly for you.

  • Email us at hello@blendhaironline.com.
  • Return the product with a tracked service, we will refund you the cost of this or organise a pre paid service.
  • Once received, we’ll dispatch a replacement. 


🔍 Faulty Goods & Warranty

If you believe your hair extensions have a fault related to quality or performance, this must be reported within the 30 day warranty of purchase to hello@blendhaironline.com.


🛡️ Extended Warranty – Up to 60 Days

You are automatically covered under a 30-day quality warranty from date of purchase.

This warranty extends to 60 days if:


  • You purchased 1 x CLEANSE ME shampoo and 1 x HYDRATE ME conditioner (250ml) at the time of buying your hair
  • Proof of aftercare purchase is provided with your claim

 

This extended warranty only applies where approved Blend aftercare has been used consistently. There are no exceptions.

 

 

🧾 If You Purchased Through Your Stylist:

Please raise the issue with your stylist directly. They will start the returns process with us so we can reference their account and purchase records.


 

⚠️ Fault Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

  • Use of non-extension safe products (e.g. keratin, protein, or bond-building treatments)
  • Exposure to suncream, UV, chlorine, or heat damage
  • Colour fade, ash tone change, or root lightening over time
  • Natural wear and tear from fitting and styling

 

Hair extensions are a perishable product and will wear over time. Where Blend Aftercare has not been used, we cannot accept liability for reduced performance, dryness, knotting or breakage.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before any store credit or replacements are issued.
