We want you to love every strand of your Blend order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Below is everything you need to know about returns, faults, and warranty coverage, including important information about aftercare expectations.

 

🔁 Returns – Unwanted Items


Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on hair extensions that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.


Please note:


  • Do not remove or tamper with the ties. Attempting to replace or re-tie hair extensions will void the return.
  • Hair must be returned exactly as received: fully sealed, unused, and with hygiene ties intact.



✉️ How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@blendhaironline.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your name and order number.
  2. We will confirm your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the item using a tracked courier service (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD).
  4. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Blend Hair is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.



All return authorisations and decisions are handled by Blend Hair LLC in the UAE. Our fulfilment partners cannot accept or process returns without our express instruction.


🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns For

  • Used hair
  • Hair with the elastic ties removed
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned outside the stated return window

 

If We Sent the Wrong Item or It Arrived Faulty

If we’ve made a mistake or your item has arrived damaged, we’ll resolve it quickly.


  • Email hello@blendhaironline.com.
  • Return the item using a tracked service — we will refund the postage cost or arrange a prepaid label.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement.


All decisions regarding replacements, refunds or remedies are made by Blend Hair LLC in the UAE.

 

 

🔍 Faulty Goods & Warranty


If you believe your hair extensions have a fault related to quality or performance, this must be reported within 30 days of purchase to hello@blendhaironline.com.


🛡️ Extended Warranty – Up to 60 Days


Your purchase includes a 30-day quality warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty extends to 60 days if:


  • You purchased 1 x CLEANSE ME Shampoo and 1 x HYDRATE ME Conditioner (250ml) at the same time as your hair
  • Proof of aftercare purchase is provided with your claim



This extended warranty only applies where approved Blend aftercare has been used consistently. No exceptions.


 

🧾 If You Purchased Through Your Stylist


If you bought your hair through a professional stylist, please raise any issues directly with them.

They will initiate the returns process with us so we can reference their account and purchase records.


 


⚠️ Fault Exclusions – Not Covered



  • Use of non-extension-safe products (e.g., keratin, protein, or bond-building treatments)
  • Exposure to suncream, UV, chlorine, or heat damage
  • Colour fade, tonal change, or root lightening
  • Natural wear and tear from fitting and daily styling



Hair extensions are a perishable product and will naturally wear over time. Where approved Blend Aftercare has not been used, we cannot accept liability for dryness, knotting, shedding or reduced performance.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before any refund, replacement, or store credit is issued.
